Flame detector SNP-1

Purpose
Relay sensor (Flame detection alarm SNP-1 with a SI45F lamp) is designated for flame monitoring in the main and pilot burners for gas consuming plants with a thermal power of up to 5 MW and gas pressure of up to 0.8 kgf/cm2 using the SI45F UV emission meter and sending an on-off signal in the event of flame-out.

Description 
The relay sensor is designed in a metal enclosure with an installed electronic unit containing a printed circuit with circuit elements fixed with three screws on the enclosure body brackets. The printed circuit incorporates a SI45F UV emission meter for SNP-1, a power supply block with a parametric stabilizer to energize the meter, and a secondary power supply to energize the functional groups in the flame detection alarm circuit. The output cascade is implemented on a solid state relay (optoelectronic switch).  External electrical circuits are connected through terminals.

The relay sensor body has transparent glasses to monitor the "FLAME" and "POWER" indicators. This sensor has no "FAILURE" control due to high reliability of the SI45F meter.

The flame detection alarm is very sensitive to UV radiation.

It is mounted right on the combustion chamber of the gas consuming plant.
