Quality management system

The quality management system (QMS) of JSC "Nefteavtomatika" was developed, integrated, and certified in 2006 and has been effectively functioning since then.

The Company management intentions with regard to quality are reflected in the Policy approved by the General Director's order.

Based on the quality priorities defined in this Policy and proceeding from the achieved results, the JSC "Nefteavtomatika" management sets annual goals for the Company and its subdivisions at the appropriate levels.

The QMS management principles in JSC "Nefteavtomatika" are based on the process approach which in fact is proven by monitoring such processes in action as "Procurement", "Designing", "Product manufacturing process management", "Construction and installation works", as well as the "Analysis, measurement, and QMS improvement" which serves as a basis to define the level of QMS functionality within the current period.

More than 50 company standards and documented procedures in all directions have been developed and integrated in JSC "Nefteavtomatika". Their observance is secured by inner auditing of the structural units in accordance with the annual Program.

The quality management system integrated by JSC "Nefteavtomatika" has enabled the latter to go through all the states inspections to be registered as a self-regulatory organization and to obtain the Russian Maritime Register certification.

In June 2014 JSC "Nefteavtomatika" successfully underwent once again the certification audit for compliance with the GOST ISO 9001-2011 (ISO 9001:2008) requirements applicable to JSC "Nefteavtomatika" activity.  

Today JSC "Nefteavtomatika" operates as an advanced engineering and production company specialized in the development and integration of automated control, measurement, and IT systems for industrial processes and production facilities in conformity with the requirements of GOST ISO 9001 (ISO 9001) which in fact is proven by the positive conclusions of the certifying bodies as well as by the audits performed by supervisory authorities and customers.
